I'd like to say a little something about our recent home-buying experience with Pyle Realty, and in particular with you.

Lisa and I are ecstatic with our new home. As we think back on the experience, we have only fond memories of a transaction that is typically extremely stressful. Having purchased several homes in the past, we know the experience could have been very different. Pyle Realty made the difference.

Due to several commitments in California, Lisa and I had to ask you to close on the home. You found a closing attorney, arranged a home inspection and conducted a walk-through to make sure several small repairs were made. The transfer of title from the sellers was flawless and made virtually without effort on our part. In addition, you acquired estimates for the installation of hardwood floors in the living area and scheduled the work.

We can't thank you enough for all the help you provided in buying our new home. You clearly went beyond the call of duty.

Dear Allen,

We listed our home with Allen Pyle in the fall of 2008. During the six months that our house had been on the market with another agent, the whole housing climate had changed. Prices were dropping rapidly and it quickly became a ‘buyers market’. We decided that we might need to rent the house for a period of time until the market recovered. Knowing that Allen handled both sales and rentals was a big plus for us. A prospective buyer liked the house but wasn’t ready to commit. Allen successfully negotiated a lease-to- own agreement that allowed them to live in the house for up to a year and provided us with rental income while they decided. It was a win-win situation, and at the end of the year they concluded the sale at the agreed upon price.

We have known Allen and his family as Croatan neighbors for 20 years. We used him as our buyer’s agent in 2000, our rental manager in 2009, and our selling agent in 2009/2010. He is always professional and well-spoken. What we especially appreciated was his creativity in helping both prospective buyers and sellers find a common ground, whereby all are pleased with the outcome. We strongly recommend Allen for any type of real estate needs.
